RMH Group/Consulting Engineers has been
a client for almost 20 years. RMH Management administers PDP
and completes a read-back annually with each employee. They continue
to promote PDP to their business contacts, these referrals have
resulted in several new clients for PDP.

Chuck Serracino, Circulation Deparment
Training Manager/Denver Rocky Mountains News: Chuck has played a prominent
role in the implementation of PDP in the Circulation Department. He
continues to provide PDP training for other departments i.e. Advertising
and Information Systems as well.

StarTek has been a PDP client for more than 5 years. In that time,
they have grown from 300 to almost 3000 employees worldwide.
Their outsourcing services include Tele Services, Fulfillment
and Packaging. StarTek uses PDP to select and manage it's workforce. 1998

Cory, Director of Human Resources/StarTek: Kevin
uses the PDP process to develop and manage the HR departments in 7
different locations. He has personally trained close to 100 managers
and supervisors to use PDP. Kevin is a True Believer and has
