find. The reason, good people work. Attracting the candidates you want is an art
form in itself. The JobScan module is designed to enhance
the selection process. You can use JobScan to develop job
models for each and every position in your organization. You can use our Ranking
Report and Job Match Report to compare candidates with the model
to identify the best fit and our Interviewing
Guide will even provide you
with several specific behavioral interviewing questions. JobScan
provides valuable information you can use to design advertising to attract the style of
candidate you need for a specific position. JobScan has
been used to help managers coach existing employees to perform at a higher level in their
current position.
